From 2014 to 2017 Dave served as Director of the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP). WCRP, sponsored by World Meteorological Organisation (WMO), Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC, part of UNESCO) and International Council for Science (then operating under the acronym ICSU), supported and facilitated research and modeling on global and regional climate. WMO hosted the WCRP office in Geneva Switzerland; we lived in nearby Nyon. Eventually I will add pictures of locations and activities.
