Bears, mostly brown bears, travel from the Gallatin range and forest into our neighborhood; we see them day and night. A trail camera on the SW corner of our house has captured images of bears on at least 20 days since fall of 2018. Often bears pass so close to the house that the camera fails to capture a good image. We move the camera slightly, for different views.
The trail camera captures a variety of birds and animals, amidst too-numerous images of cars, school buses, neighbors with dogs, etc.
