From 1991 to 1994 Dave served as Director of the International Project Office for the Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere Coupled Ocean-Atmosphere Response Experiment (TOGA COARE). From October 1992 to March 1993 we moved to Australia. We rented a house near the beach in Pallarenda, north of Townsville. After operations, we travelled south to see more of Australia.
